On 24 September 2019 the Ghar Ki Rasoi food van began serving hot lunches from Kanti Nagar and then outside GTB Hospital, Delhi – 500–586 people a day in its first weeks, at Rs 5 a plate. A sponsor’s Rs 5,000 pays for a day of about 450 plates.
